Customers must contact us before returning any item so that we can review the request and provide the appropriate return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization or without contacting us in advance may be delayed or refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as Miniaturetreee is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
